* SOMETIMES LIFE HAPPENS AND YOU NEED TO CANCEL EVEN THE BEST COMPLIANCE CONFERENCE … Here are the terms under which we are able to accommodate this.

We understand that sometimes life is lifing and unpredictable things happen. At the same time, the tickets are scarce due to venue capacity and the organization team at EICE is also making all sorts of commitments to various vendors…  

While we understand that there will be few instances when already signed up and paid for conference ticket will have to be cancelled unfortunately, we are able to accommodate this with lots of understanding and under the following terms:   

  • Cancelation 2 months before the conference – possible with full refund 
  • Cancelation up to 4 weeks prior – we can accommodate 50% and  
  • Cancelation less than 4 weeks before the conference – still possible, but unfortunately, we will not be able to make any refund.
